Do you come to my house/work?
Yes, our vans are fully equipt to provide first class valeting anywhere. We have water and electricity on board in case either aren't available.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The weather is something we obviously can’t control! If it’s raining or due to rain, we will ring you before your appointment to agree a convenient time to re-book.
How much notice do you need to book an appointment?
This depends entirely on how busy we are at the time of your call. We can usually fit you in within a few days of your call.
What area do you cover?
We are based in Halstead, North Essex and cover all of Essex and Suffolk. We can take jobs further afield in special circumstances, please call for details.
Once we have valeted your car, arrangements can be made for top-up valets. We can offer bi-weekly and monthly top-up valets.
How long does a valet take?
A bronze valet takes between 1-2hrs. A silver valet takes between 3-4hrs. A gold valet takes between 5-7hrs. These are only estimates as every car is different.
We use many different products. Our main supplier is AutoSmart, they are the leading manufacturer of automotive cleaning chemicals and are always at the forefront of the industry. We also use products from Autoglym, Zymol, Meguires, 3M, Farecla, Shine-On
I am selling my car, should I get it valeted?
Having your car valeted can make yours stand out from similar cars on the market. It also makes your car look like it has been well looked after and gives the potential buyer confidence in you and the car. We recommend the Silver Valet service for this.
